Accommodation, building and window cleaning services

Tender description

City of Glasgow College seeks to appoint 1 contractor for the provision of specialist external façade and internal window cleaning services for the following buildings/locations: City Campus, Riverside Campus, Riverside Student Accommodation, Marine Skills Centre. Methods will include, but not limited to: Rope Access, Hydraulics, Ladders and Extension Pole, Reach and Wash System, Building Cradle. The successful contractor will be required to provide external façade and internal window cleaning services to City of Glasgow College’s City Campus and Riverside Campus as detailed in this ITT document. In satisfying this requirement they shall operate a fully managed cleaning service, which will meet the requirements identified in the Specification. The contractor is also required to provide Internal High-Level Cleaning together with the internal window cleaning service.
