Providing Outsourced Drivers Services to British High Commission in India

Tender description

The British High Commission India requires the services of a professionally competent contractor able to provide and manage driving services to meet BHC's business needs. BHC operates a fleet of 27 Indian and imported cars and light vehicles, kept in full running condition to meet official transport demands of staff and visiting officials at Delhi. BDHC, Kolkata has 2 cars and one 2-wheeler at its disposal. The contractor will be required to handle transport services, including maintenance of vehicles, on a 7 day working basis for BHC, New Delhi and BDHC, Kolkata. Additional hours of work, including on public holidays, or requirements over and above normally stated business hours, will need to be managed as part of this contract. The contractor will be expected to provide on-site supervisor for the drivers at BHC, New Delhi.
