Transport for London will be conducting this procurement on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA). The GLA wishes to procure a supplier to deliver the design, print, fulfilment, distribution and project management of the Mayoral and London Assembly 2020 Election Booklets. The Mayor of London and London Assembly 2020 Election Booklet is a statutory requirement under the Greater London Authority Elections (Election Addresses) Order 2003. TfL will be issuing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) for this procurement. The MSQ allows TfL to engage with the market and help gather information to be built into the upcoming specification and strategy for this procurement. This gives potential suppliers the opportunity to offer suggestions that may tailor the procurement more favourably to the current capability and capacity of the market.
