Office cleaning services

Tender description

The provision of office, laboratory and associated cleaning Services covering our Eastern region and Western region. The services shall include: (a) “General Cleaning Services” means daily, weekly and quarterly cleaning of office/depot accommodation, meeting rooms, filing areas, toilets, kitchen areas, smoking areas, rest areas, laboratories, receptions, wet rooms, deli and internal and external foyers; (b) “Special Cleaning Services” means window cleaning, carpet cleaning and other cleaning services; (c) “Ad-hoc Cleaning Services” means reactive, ad hoc cleaning services requested by the site manager on an ad-hoc basis, which do not form part of the general cleaning services.
