Tender description

The scope of the framework is for the provision of lift consultancy services, design supply and installation of lifts, servicing and repair of lifts, and thorough examinations of lifts in buildings owned/maintained by Member Organisations of the Northern Housing Consortium. The framework will be available for all current and future Member Organisations of the Northern Housing Consortium, further information on who can access the framework is available at this link https://consortiumprocurement.org.uk/framework-agreements/who-can-access/ Lot 1 is available for NHC's member organisations to purchase a range of lift consultancy services. Lot 2 is available for NHC's member organisations to purchase a range of design, supply, and/or installation services for their passenger lifts. Lot 3 is available for NHC's member organisations to purchase a range of servicing and repair services for passenger lifts. Lot 4 is available for NHC's Member Organisations to purchase Thorough Examination (LOLER) services of passenger lifts.
