Tender description

A. Odyssey Trust for Education is a multi-academy consisting of 2 secondary schools: Townley Grammar School which has approximately 1 550 pupils, and King Henry School which has approximately 2 000 pupils. B. The Contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for two further one year periods. C. Estimated full contract value is expected to be in the region of 500 000 GBP. D. The services are to be provided at the following address: Townley Grammar School, Townley Road, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 7AB King Henry School, Avenue Road, Erith, DA8 3BN. A. Currently ICT support is provided across the Trust through a combination of outsourced providers and in house provision. B. The Successful Bidder will be expected to manage the complete IT lifecycle of the schools from initial advice and installation through to the day to day support and management. A.
