Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market that Transport for London (TfL) is planning to conduct a competitive procurement exercise for the provision of a Framework Agreement for value added reseller services to provide commoditised hardware, software, cloud and associated services. The scope of the procurement will include, but be limited to, the following items: — Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Hardware, support maintenance and associated consultancy, — software, software licence, support maintenance and associated consultancy, — configuration, installation, support and associated consultancy, — catalogue of IT consumables, — cloud hosting and services, — Display Screen Equipment (DSE) specialist requirements. TfL are seeking to procure a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Value-Added Resellers (VAR) for off the shelf hardware and software. In addition, the VAR will provide a range of additional services associated with the deployment and support of the goods and services. The procurement route and timetable is still under consideration and TfL is seeking expressions of interest from parties that may be interested in participating in a tender process for this requirement. The formal tender process is expected to commence in spring 2019.
