Cwm Taf University Health Board is committed to the provision of a high-quality urgent primary care service accessible to the local population across the Health Board and is seeking interest to provide the face-to-face provision for patients at the following times for the population of Merthyr Tydfil and Cynon Valley area: — Fridays 19:30-24:00, and — Saturdays and Sundays 9:00-24:00 — all bank holidays 10:00-22:00. Please note: the above detailed timings may be adjusted. This is not a call for competition but an opportunity for the providers within this market to meet with the Health Board service lead. If the service decides to undertake a procurement exercise this will be advertised as appropriate at the relevant time. The value below is an estimated cost based on the current module and from historical spend for a 1 year contract. NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership and Cwm Taf University Health Board are seeking interest in delivering face to face GP Out of Hours sessions predominantly for the population of Merthyr Tydfil and Cynon Valley area, but may from time to time, cover population from across the Health Board’s footprint. In line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Procurement Services and Cwm Taf University Health Board wish to hold a Preliminary Market Consultation (Note: this is not a call for competition) event prior to launching a procurement procedure for delivery of face to face GP Out of Hours sessions. As such, discussions will be held with suppliers prior to starting a procurement procedure, the purpose being to both inform suppliers and to allow Procurement Services and the Health Board to seek advice in the planning and conduct of the procurement procedure. Procurement Services and Cwm Taf University Health Board will run the Preliminary Market Consultation at: — Seminar Room 3 (Room2.1.022), Second Floor Clockwise from Lift, Keir Hardie Health Park, — 27.2.2019 9:00 a.m. — 14:00.
