Tender description
The Council currently has 13 sheltered housing schemes within its housing stock across the Adur District. The Council's intention is to complete the fire safety improvement works to 11 of these schemes including: o Upgrading existing fire doors to common parts. o Replacement of existing electric meter cupboard doors with new Ritherdon or equivalent approved bespoke made door and frames to provide a minimum 60 minutes fire resistance. o Replacement fire doors to store cupboards.
