Tender description

The Marine Institute is seeking specialist professional services to work in partnership with the senior management team to successfully implement the new strategy Statement and to achieve its strategic outcomes. The Marine Institute requires the following outcomes/outputs from the successful contractor: - Refine and finalise draft Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and facilitate interactions with the Board Strategy Sub-Group on the finalisation of these by mid-October 2018. - Recommend and introduce appropriate management processes to implement the strategy and embed the finalised KPI’s throughout the organisation from individual performance management through to team programmes and reporting to the Board. - Advise on and propose a KPI reporting framework for the Marine Institute Board in relation to monitoring progress on the implementation of the strategy - Advise the CEO and senior management team on a responsive and efficient organisational structure that will support the implementation of the new strategic plan A full technical description is available in the attached Invitation to Tender document.
