Tender description

The College is seeking to appoint a provider for the on-going provision of servicing and maintenance of its lifts situated across its Kings Road and PACE sites and Achievement Training. The contract is for one (1) year with a view to extend for a further one (1) plus one (1) years to a total of three (3) years. Due to the anticipated value of the contracts, which includes the costs for all call-outs, the opportunity will be advertised on the Government Portal "Contracts Finder" to ensure compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
