Tender description

Under the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, the Council is statutorily required to have an effective internal audit of its internal control, risk management and governance processes. This encompasses all operations of the Council including the arrangements for managing the information and information systems the Council uses in delivering its objectives and services. Public Sector Internal Audit Standards 2015 require that work is conducted by those with the necessary skills. An Audit Service is required complete audit reviews requiring higher level technical expertise and experience. It is expected that the expert(s) will transfer knowledge/skills to our own Service thus enhancing our practical experience of technical IT audit matters.
