Tender description

The Department of Health wishes to procure the services of a suitably qualified organisation or consortium to undertake a robust evaluation of the Primary Care Multidisciplinary Teams being rolled out in Down and Derry/Londonderry. The contract period is for 2 years with the option to extend for an additional period of up to 12 months. The Transformation Implementation Group, which is overseeing work to deliver Delivering Together considered and approved initial allocations for work on Primary Care Multi-Disciplinary Teams. To deliver the vision in Delivering Together a model has been developed which will facilitate addressing existing demand better; which helps deliver the pivot to holistic care and early intervention and prevention; and which provides a platform for the transfer of care into primary and community and settings. The Department of Health wishes to procure the services of a suitably qualified organisation or consortium to undertake a robust evaluation of the Primary Care Multidisciplinary Teams being rolled out in Down and Derry/Londonderry. This notice is to inform the market of the Department's intention to publish a tender opportunity (Open Procedure Accelerated) with an estimated publication date of 15.2.2019.
