LHC is reviewing the potential need for a Minor Works Framework. The provision of Minor Works for complete refurbishment projects for public sector organisations in 6 (or more) regional lots throughout England, Scotland and Wales including, but not limited to the following trades: — complete kitchens/bathrooms, — windows/external doors, — internal doors, — flat or pitched roofing, — brickwork replacement, — concrete repairs, — painting/decorating (internal/external), — disability adaptations, — electrical rewires and testing, — emergency lighting, — plumbing/heating system renewal, — above ground drainage surveys/replacement, — fencing and gates (metal/timber), — grounds maintenance. We are interested in early market engagement with suppliers and buyers who have experience in successfully managing minor works packages. This will suit suppliers that can provide a multi-disciplined workforce, however, we are also interested in the specialist who undertakes 1 or more the tasks: LHC will be carrying out market analysis/pre-tender engagement to establish the interest in a framework agreement for Minor Works (MW1). Each Contract Notice area may be subdivided into regional lots.
