Tender description

Routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas, common window cleaning and ad-hoc cleaning works such as bulk uplifts, needle uplifts and disposal and fire safety inspection works. Ayrshire Housing requires a suitably qualified cleaning company to carry out their routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas, including all associated areas. The works will also include the cleaning of windows internally and externally on a monthly and quarterly basis. Deep cleaning and bulk refuse removal on an ad-hoc basis, pest control and needles uplifts are also included within this contract together with the inspection of fire doors and emergency lighting.
