Tender description

The Council has a requirement to establish a contract to carry out the cyclical maintenance of the external fabric to the façades of the high-rise housing stock and to identify and appoint 2 suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a 5-year term service to supply the goods and services specified within the Requirement and Specification. Each of the 2 successful contractors will be allocated to a specific geographical area. By submitting a tender Contractors are tendering to supply works to all areas. The evaluation process will determine which contractor is allocated to which area. The most economically advantageous tender will be allocated works in West Bromwich and the second most economically advantageous tender will be allocated works within: — Oldbury, — Smethwick, — Tipton, and — Wednesbury.
