Backup and Recovery Service for Schools

Tender description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to deliver an online Backup and Recovery Service for approximately 140 schools (the Customer) across the Bradford District. The Council do not currently offer a hosted service for this and has a contract with a 3rd party provider which will expire on 31st March 2019. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of one (1) year with a possible one (1) twelve (12) month extension. The Council reserves the right to amend the scope of the support requirement for the extension period and this shall be reflected in the pricing.
