Tender description

The Authority seeks a Contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive estates professional services. The key objectives are: — to provide project management design services, — to provide estates technology services, — to assist the Authority through the Royal Institute of British Architects plan of works. To provide architectural services, including lead consultant as specified in the ITT documentation. To provide quantity surveyor services as specified in the ITT documentation. To provide civil and structural engineering services as specified in the ITT documentation. All bidders passing the technical criteria were awarded a framework agreement, therefore no price was taken into account, evaluation of this element will be undertaken when awarding individual project under this framework agreement. To provide mechanical, electrical and public health services as specified in the ITT documentation. To provide health and safety services as specified in the ITT documentation. To provide building surveyor services as specified in the ITT documentation. To provide environmental services as specified in the ITT documentation. To provide energy efficiency services as specified in the ITT documentation. To provide fire safety services as specified in the ITT documentation. To provide ancillary and miscellaneous services as specified in the ITT documentation.
