Tender description

NIE Networks wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation(s) to provide IBM Maximo license renewals and for the provision of 3rd and 4th line IBM Maximo system support to NIE Networks and our managed service provider. The support will cover all aspects of the Maximo estate including bespoke customisations, integrations and configuration of our 2 Maximo installations – ‘Maximo Plant’ and ‘Maximo Lines’ – and the associated Syclo Agentry mobile solution. This will be appointed in either 2 separate lots, with 1 supplier appointed to each lot, which includes, (but are not limited to) the services below, or where 1 supplier has passed the technical elements for Lot 3 and are the Meat: Lot 1: Licenses; Lot 2: Support; Lot 3: Licenses and Support.
