Tender description
Guinness is looking to establish a National Mediation Service, this will support our residents across the U.K. The service will deliver independent and impartial mediation for tenants and leaseholders of The Guinness Partnership. Our current mediation needs are circa 130 cases per year, spread across the U.K. we are looking for a provider who can easily serve all regions of Guinness. In addition we are looking for the supplier to help with internal training and promotion of the mediation service.
