Consultancy Support in Relation to Primary Care Provider Development & Resilience

The General Practice Resilience Programme is administered by NHS England and is intended to be used to deliver support that will help practices to become more sustainable and resilient, better placed to tackle the challenges they face now and into the future, and secure continuing high quality care for patients. The menu of support ranges from helping to stabilise practices at risk of closure through to more transformational support, including if appropriate helping practices to explore new models of care. The funding can be used to support individual practices as well as being available to groups of practices in localities e.g. PCN's. With this in mind, the CCGs for Central London, West London and Hounslow are looking to identify a high calibre individual / organisation that commissioners, practices and primary care providers alike, can draw on
