Tender description

The Works comprise of a wide variety of HHSRS safety issues. All works will generally come under categories such as: 1. Repairing/ replacing internal stair balustrades/ spindles/ newel posts/ handrails and some complete stair cases. 2. Remedial works for internal condensation/ dampness, mould or leaks. 3. structural repairs for internal cracking, external cracking to masonry or missing lintels etc around window/door openings. 4. roofing/chimney repairs 5. external water storage tank removals and making good 6. External repairs for uneven paving, differing drainage repairs or making good following leaks 6. General Minor Repairs If you wish to express an interest in this project please ensure you are registered and logged into our Portal. The `Express Interest` button will only appear on the Tender Management page if you are logged in. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of Citizen Staff. If you require any clarification on matters contained within the Tender Documents, you must do so via Correspondence of the Citizen E-Procurement portal. Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated. Please note that in the case of tender clarifications where appropriate, answers will be circulated to all tenderers.
