The final date and time for the submission of bids is Friday 7th January 2020 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. Brief Description of Requirement: he objective of this tender is to develop a full state aid notification to a point at which the notification is ready for submission. This is so that if a decision is taken by Ministers to limit an operator's liabilities and the proposed approach has state aid implications, that a swift notification can be made if necessary. The quality of the submission should maximise the chances of state aid approval, given the information and evidence available. The submission should contain the appropriate level of detail that the Commission might reasonably expect in making an assessment so that a decision can be made as quickly as possible on the case. This tender will also secure essential support in answering any questions about the notification raised by the Commission. Such responses would be required at short notice and involvement in the initial notification would ensure that swift responses could be supported.
