Support and management services for systems hosted in Azure and Office 365

Tender description

Anchor Hanover Group require a support and management service for systems hosted in Azure and O365. This service would manage the various day to day aspects of these environments in accordance with AHG's policies and procedures and in conjunction with other 3rd Party companies that deliver infrastructure services (e.g. BT who Deliver our WAN). The partner must be able to support and manage all of the following services and technologies: Service -- Technology Server Hosting Services -- Azure VM's DC Network Management Services -- Azure Networking Authentication Services --AD and ADFS Directory Services -- AD E-mail Services -- Exchange Online End User Device Configuration Services -- Intune Compliance Management -- O365 Compliance and Security Centre File Storage Services -- One Drive and SharePoint Online Other Supporting Services In addition to the above technical services it would be ideal if the supplier could provide the following 1. Billing reports. 2. Cost Optimization 3. Performance Optimization 4. Design and Architecture Advice 5. Security and Compliance Advice
