This framework contract is for the supply of predominantly commercial off the shelf software together with ancillary services. Such software shall include, but not be limited to: — desktop applications, — server applications, — operating systems, — general business applications, — network software, — security software, — development, testing and design software. This software shall include traditional locally installed in addition to software provided as a service which may include hardware elements where required as part of a service offering.
