Tender description

Pembrokeshire are the Lead Authority in conducting this tender exercise.This framework will cover the Supply and Application of Surface Dressing Binder to both themselves and Ceredigion County Council as part of the annual Highways surface dressing programme of each respective Authority. The Contractor will be required to work in conjunction with each respective Authority's Direct Labour Organisation in line with the designated programme of works.The Framework will also cover the Supply only to Gwynedd Council. Contractor to work in conjunction with Ceredigion County Council's Direct Labour Organisation in line with the designated programme of works for the annual surface dressing of Highways. Contractor to work in conjunction with Pembrokeshire County Council's Direct Labour Organisation in line with the designated programme of works for the annual surface dressing of Highways. Contractor to supply product only to Gwynedd Council in line with their designated programme of works for the annual surface dressing of Highways.
