Tender description
The RSA is seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision, support and maintenance of an Enterprise Architecture Solution. The required services involve, but are not limited to: 1. The provision of an Enterprise Architecture System (the "System"); 2. The implementation of the System across each business area within the RSA, including but not limited to possible customisation and the provision of training and training documentation; 3. The provision of support and maintenance services in respect of the System. Any contract that may result from this Competition will be awarded for a duration of 24 months (the “Contract Term”). The RSA reserves the right to extend the Contract Term for a further period of up to 24 months, with a maximum of 1 such extensions up to a maximum duration of 48 months on the same terms and conditions. Further information in relation to the RSA's requirements are contained in the documentation attached to this notice.
