Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations

Tender description

A framework agreement which will cover cyclical electrical maintenance of non-domestic properties including periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations, the inspection and testing of portable electrical appliances (PAT Testing), periodic inspection and testing of fire alarms and emergency lighting. Associated works may also be required. Lot 1 may be used for periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations and the associated works. Further information is available in the tender documents. Lot 3 may be used for periodic inspection and testing of fire alarms and emergency lighting including associated works. The lot is geographically sub lotted as detailed in the tender documents. Tenderers may bid for 1 or both sub lots but will only be awarded 1.
