Tender description

A contractor engagement event will take place on 14.1.2020 in Prescot, Merseyside to share information on the potential contract structure and scope of works and to obtain feedback from contractors to allow Mersey Care to refine the scope of works and lot structure. The scope of works may include some or all of the following; delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency maintenance, minor works, planned maintenance and improvement works for the following work streams: — building fabric and external works, — mechanical installations, — electrical installations, — hard and soft landscape maintenance, — energy management (separate lot), — work at high secure mental health facility (separate lot). The contract will be for a duration of 5 years with options to extend for up to a further 5 years. The scope of works may include some or all of the following activities; delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency maintenance, minor works, planned maintenance and improvement works for the following work streams: — internal and external mechanical installations, — internal and external electrical installations. The contract will include work at high, medium and low secure mental health facilities and community health premises and be for a duration of 5 years with options to extend for up to a further 5 years. The scope of works may include some or all of the following activities; delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency maintenance, minor works, planned maintenance and improvement works for the following work streams: — building fabric and external works, — hard and soft landscape maintenance, — window cleaning and pest control services. The contract will include work at high, medium and low secure mental health facilities and community health premises and be for a duration of 5 years with options to extend for up to a further 5 years. The provision of energy management and bill validation services for all Merseycare buildings. The contract will also include the provision of advice and guidance around reducing energy consumption and reducing the Trust's carbon footprint. The contract will be for a duration of 5 years with options to extend for up to a further 5 years. This lot covers all work at all of the buildings within the Maghull Health Park site including the high secure Ashworth Hospital. The scope of works may include some or all of the following activities — delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency maintenance, minor works, planned maintenance and improvement works for the following work streams: — building fabric and external works, — internal and external mechanical installations, — internal and external electrical installations, — hard and soft landscape maintenance, — window cleaning and pest control. The contract will include work at high, medium and low secure mental health facilities and community health premises and be for a duration of 5 years with options to extend for up to a further 5 years.
