Tender description

It is anticipated that the consultant will determine how the City of Dreams initiative has influenced organisations in terms of: (i) organisational structure and thinking, including discussion of the City of Dreams propositions at a strategic level; (ii) operational policies; (iii) programming; (iv) working culture and (v) overall engagement with Children and Young People. The sample should include all NGCV organisations, and a representative sample of affiliated organisations by sector (e.g. arts, youth organisations). The results of this evaluation should then be considered against the intended outcomes and goals of the City of Dreams Theory of Change. In your submission you should provide: - Brief details of your experience in carrying out similar work of this kind and/or a summary CV - Details on how you would structure/approach the work - Your quote for the work Please note: The University will be closed from 20th December to the 2nd January 2020.
