The Government of Jersey ("GoJ") is looking to procure a suitably-qualified partner (or consortium) to consolidate its existing office accommodation offering into a single site of approximately 11,000 sq m of commercial accommodation to house 1,600 office-based personnel across the full suite of Government departments. The GoJ is seeking expressions of interest from companies interested in working with the Government to design and deliver the One Gov New Office. Interested parties are required to express their interest via this Portal before pre-qualifying and being invited to take part in a procurement process based on a competitive dialogue approach. Further details of the scope of services, project and procurement timelines will be released at pre-qualification stage. Potential suppliers can book a 60 minute time slot as part of preliminary market engagement to discuss the procurement with GoJ representatives. Please note the deadline to express an interest in the Market Consultation Opportunity is 17:00 on 15 January 2020. Participating suppliers will be able to discuss the One Government Office Project in a format which will be consistent for each participating supplier.
