Tender description

The scope of requirements is expected to include, but is not limited to provision of support and advice across a number of work packages: Work package 1 (WP1) — support EirGrid in the evaluation of potential HVDC technical solutions and prepare a technical report. Work package 2 (WP2) — support EirGrid in the technical documentation preparation for EPC Contracts procurement. Work package (WP3) – EPC procurement support from publication of OJEU notice to contract award. Optional work packages Work package (WP4) – owner’s engineer — technical support post EPC contract award to commissioning. Work package (WP5) – owner’s engineer — technical support from commissioning through to the operation and maintenance of the scheme.
