Tender description

The Council currently employs its own fulltime staff to perform Responsive Repairs in-house, however, the Council is seeking to establish formal contractual arrangements of eligible organisations to assist in the day to day responsive repairs when required. There are 2,400 Council owned properties within the borough of Fareham and the new contract will assist the Council in meeting its corporate obligations for responsive repairs to the Council’s property portfolio including commercial properties.
