Tender description
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified building contractors who wish to be considered for the construction of a new 1 000 pupil post primary school building (approx. 10 500 m2). The development will consist of the construction of a 2 and 3-storey 1 000 pupil post primary school including general teaching, administration rooms, PE Hall and ancillary accommodation, car park, bus and car set down, hard play areas, 1 No all weather pitch flood mitigation works and general hard and soft landscaping works.
