Tender description
This procurement has resulted in the appointment of a partner who will design, build, finance, operate and maintain student residencies at the University of York. The University of York (the ‘University’) undertook a procurement process using the Competitive Dialogue Procedure (‘CD’) which concluded with the appointment of Civitas Living LLP as the winning bidder. The contract awarded to Civitas Living LLP is to design, build, finance, operate (‘DBFO’) and maintain over 50 years, 1,480 student residencies at the University's Campus East site.
