Procurement of a professional services DPS for the use of Golding Homes, its subsidiaries and any contracting authority who wish to call off using the terms of the DPS and following payment of an access fee. This multi-lot DPS will be used to support Golding Homes in the delivery of its day to day and strategic service provision. Architectural services up from RIBA plan of work stage 0: strategic definition to stage 3: developed design. Architectural services up from RIBA plan of work stage 4: technical design to stage 7: in use. Architectural services up from RIBA plan of work stage 0: strategic definition to stage 7: in use. Employer's agent and associated services including cost consultancy, CDM adviser, clerk of works. Civil and structural engineering service including transport and highways engineering. Mechanical, electrical and public health engineering services associated with both above and below ground engineering. Specialist consultancy services including acoustic engineering, party wall surveyor, rights of light surveyor, environmental engineering, fire engineering, geotechnical surveying, health and safety principal designer, planning consultant, façade consultant, building surveyor, topographical surveyor, principal advisor (previously CDM). A multi-disciplinary design team, with the resources and expertise to provide the full range of design services, delivered by 1 team. Sales and marketing agency service in relation to all aspects of shared ownership sales. Right to buy and right to acquire valuation and plan service. Legal advice to include: — recruitment, — redundancies, — discrimination, — discipline and grievance, — tribunals, — pensions, — TUPE advice.
