PHE - Corporate - ICT - Pre Entry TB Screening Database System

Tender description

Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social and Social Care (DH) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") have awarded a contract to Visbion Ltd to undertake Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live in the development of a TB Screening system. The creation of a database hosted in the UK to be used to receive demographic and clinical data (x-rays and test results/medical opinions) from medical establishments overseas approved by the UK or one of its international partners who will conduct TB screening initially by chest ray and if necessary sputum culture/smear on its behalf. This is a Call Off Order under a Framework Agreement between QE Procurement (as agent of QE Facilities, part of the Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust Group and the Supplier for the supply of Enterprise and Departmental PACS and Information Systems and associated Goods and Services, framework CI/16/06).
