Summary of the work NICE is implementing MS Dynamics CRM for teams such as Enquiries Handling who field all general requests from the public and healthcare professionals. We are looking for a Specialist to assist with rolling out the CRM and provide a critical liaison between the team and the 3rd party support contract. VAT Early Market Engagement N/A Who Speclialist Work With The NICE Communication team, Digital Services team and Enquiries Handling team What Specialists Work On Deliverables: 1. Define and deliver a continuous improvement roadmap 2. Work with stakeholders to identify initiatives, define requirements, prioritise, test and deliver outcomes 3. Provide first-line support for all CRM enquiries 4. Support Director of Communications by liaising with suppliers to facilitate achieving business outcomes 5. Provide training to all CRM users 6. Provide documentation on configuration, changes, security permissions etc 7. Identify opportunities for reducing administrative overheads 8. Review the existing licensing structure and identify opportunities for cost savings 9. Configuring MS Dynamics to create entities, forms, fields, processes, business rules, task flows, process flows, templates, dashboards and reporting Skills & Experience • Experience of a range of techniques to elicit and analyse information from stakeholders to feed into requirements shaping • Experience of configuring MS Dynamics to integrate with SharePoint Online and the Office 365 Suite • Experience of mapping contact relationship management needs and translating into MS Dynamics configuration eg entities, forms, fields, processes, business rules, task flows, process flows, templates, dashboards and reporting • Experience of training users in MS Dynamics including developing training materials • Experience of providing first line support for MS Dynamics and liaising with 3rd party suppliers for resolution of user queries • Experience of creating and administering user group accounts, security and access permissions for MS Dynamics • Experience of creating clear documentation to support knowledge share and business continuity for the permanent team • Awareness of GDPR in context of information governance of processing, storage and retention of personal data of both employees and external stakeholders Nice to Haves • Experience of managing supplier relationships with 3rd parties • Understanding of MS Dynamics licensing models • Experience of balancing user needs with the art of the possible so that business teams optimize the benefits of using MS Dynamics Work Location National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Level 1A, City Tower Piccadilly Plaza Manchester M1 4BT Working Arrangments Based onsite in the Manchester office. Security Clearance N/A Additional T&Cs Additional clause will be added to govern using the NICE servers and not allowing any data on personal laptops/equipment. Will you consider a part time specialist? No we are unable to consider this 15. Can you consider candidates for a higher rate than £400pd? We have a maximum budget for this project. We could consider rates no higher than £550 per day incl. all fees and expenses. However, this may effect the contract term. The work must be completed by the 31st March 2020 16. We appreciate that no expenses are payable and that the role that is based at your central Manchester office.However, should travel be required to your London office, will those expenses be covered? Yes 18. Is the specialist delivering the system/customisations etc themselves, or are they liaising with a 3rd party that will be implementing the system? We have a 3rd party supplier who built the system for more substantial changes and developments but we would expect the specialist to support with customisations that can be done within the admin permission level. 19. Will you consider a part time specialist? Would consider 4 days a week but no less.
