Tender description
The Donkey Sanctuary (TDS) was founded in 1969 by Dr Elisabeth Svendsen MBE, became a registered charity in 1973 and now operates under the governance of a sole corporate trustee, The Donkey Sanctuary Trustee Limited. The charity’s work improves the lives of donkeys and mules in countries around the world through a combination of international branches, subsidiary entities, holding bases and collaborations with other like-minded organisations. We carry out a range of fundraising, donkey care and welfare, education, training, research, and donkey-facilitated learning activities under one overarching global strategy: to transform the quality of life for donkeys, mules and people worldwide through greater understanding, collaboration and support, and by promoting lasting, mutually life-enhancing relationships. The Donkey Sanctuary seeks to award a single contract for a Managed Corporate Travel Service to include both domestic and international travel. The Charity is seeking an innovative supplier with which to develop an open and collaborative working relationship to deliver a good quality, flexible, customer focused service. The relationship between the Supplier and the Charity will focus on working together throughout the term of the Contract to review processes and the Supplier shall be proactive in assisting the Charity to identify ways to achieve best value. The Supplier will need to be able to provide a flexible booking solution, which includes an online booking system and an offline service for booking travel, to meet the needs of the Charity. The Charity operates around the world, with staff based overseas, therefore, the Service will need to be adaptable to take this into consideration, including the different time zones and levels of internet and wifi connectivity that mobile workers will have access to. A market engagement event is being held on Wednesday 4th March, please email leanne.lemoucheux@thedonkeysanctuary.org.uk Keywords: Flights, International, Travel, Accommodation, Domestic
