GB-Derby: DH19090 - Electrical Installations Framework

Tender description

Derby Homes Ltd and Derby City Council (collectively known as the Employer) are looking to establish a Framework with up to 5 providers to carry out new electrical installations, upgrades to domestic Council Houses and other Council commercial premises alongside a portion of adaptation installations to privately owned dwellings within the city of Derby. The Framework will be to the value of up to £2,000,000 across all providers and will have a maximum duration of four years. Providers will be appointed to this Framework on the basis of a best price/quality ratio. The Employer does not guarantee the amount of work (if any) awarded to the providers on the Framework.
