Customer survey programme. Futures Housing Group Ltd (the Group) is looking to outsource and expand its customer feedback programme and is looking for a research agency with prior experience and qualified expertise in running ongoing customer satisfaction/NPS feedback programmes to support with managing this. The programme needs to accurately represent the customer voice within Futures Housing, which can stand up to scrutiny from auditors and regulators. The research agency needs to be able to develop a partnership with the Group that will eventually support the training and transitioning from a completely outsourced function to an in-house team in the longer term.
