Tender description

The Council is seeking a contractor for cleaning services in order to deliver the high standards of cleaning and hygiene required in line with an increasing focus on demonstrating value for money. Also, ithe Council recognises the value of a clean and hygienic working environment for staff and visitors alike and has an expectation of high standards within its facilities. Cleaning services are required for 52 weeks per annum at • Pathfinder House - Mon to Fri • Eastfield House – Mon to Fri • Huntingdon Bus Station, public conveniences and waiting room – Mon to Sun • Multi-storey car park – Mon to Sun • Common area of St Ives Enterprise Centre – Mon to Fri (two days only) • Hinchingbrooke Park Countryside Centre - Mon to Fri • 4 Sports pavilions – Mon only Please note: Site visits are mandatory for submissions to be considered during the evaluation stages. Please confirm by message of your intention to attend on either Thursday 9th or Friday 10th January 2020. In addition, the Council may require the cleaning of common areas within its industrial/commercial building portfolio. Whilst this is not significant currently, the council is actively seeking to develop its commercial/industrial property portfolio. Any extension to any future building would be by agreement based on the rates quoted within the Contractor’s tender. Keywords: Cleaning Services
