Call-off from G-Cloud 11 - Brain in Hand - Technology for Person Centred Support (KMCAS-138)

Tender description

This Call-Off Contract is to purchase a digital support tool, which is solution focussed on an individual level, offering a variety of options that will support people in managing, maintaining and increasing their independence and relying less on the support mechanisms they have around them. In turn this will reduce pressures on carers, friends and professionals. The principal aims and objectives of the digital support tool will be to enable people who experience problems in everyday life to be able to develop means of managing stress and anxieties and so reducing incidences of poor mental health and wellbeing, reliance on other support mechanisms such as carers, family and professionals and increase their own independence and enabling a more independent and fulfilling life. The call-of contract started 1st September 2019 for 24 months to 31st August 2021, with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months.
