Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

Expressions of interest are required from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who wish to tender for the provision of a comprehensive mechanical, electrical, building and grounds maintenance service comprising: A planned preventative maintenance service. A reactive maintenance service to be available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Minor works projects including refurbishment, alteration and/or upgrade works. The service requirement will be on a National basis to cover all NHSBT occupied premises located throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. A comprehensive mechanical, electrical, building and grounds maintenance service comprising: — planned preventative maintenance service, — reactive maintenance service to be available 24 hours per day 365 days a year, — minor works projects involving refurbishment, alteration and/or upgrade works. The service will be on a National basis to cover all NHSBT occupied premises located throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
