Tender description

Onward Homes Ltd are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and qualified service providers, to provide the following services: — responsive repairs and void property repairs, — 3 star gas servicing and maintenance. These services will cover 2 regions: Greater Manchester and Merseyside with contracts available for the following lots: Lot 1: Responsive Repairs and Void Property Repairs — Greater Manchester, Lot 2: Responsive Repairs and Void Property Repairs — Merseyside, Lot 3: Gas Servicing and Maintenance — Greater Manchester, Lot 4: Gas Servicing and Maintenance — Merseyside, Lot 5: Gas Servicing and Maintenance — Greater Manchester and Merseyside Combined NB: Lot 5 may be awarded in place of Lots 3 and 4. The duration of the contract will be 5 years, with options to extend for a further 2 + 3 years up to a maximum of 10 years.
