Tender description

The procurement of minor general building works (to include but not limited to), reactive repairs, painting, decorating and maintenance work within council owned/occupied buildings within the Bath and North East Somerset Council unitary area of operations. The key components of the Term contract are to provide but not limited to the following: — maintenance, repairs and alterations — maintaining, adapting and altering existing premises through planned maintenance or on an “as required” basis, — emergency call out — the provision of an emergency call out procedure, — new works — the provision of building works in new or existing buildings, — painting and decorating — internal and external works to new and existing building premises, — provision of technical advice, — full range of building services. This PIN is to notify the market that a market engagement session will be held in central Bath week commencing 18th February. In order to ensure that the council complies with regulations under Section 20, of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 appropriate notification will be issued.
