Northamptonshire County Council Local Bus Services Framework - Supplier Day

Tender description

Northamptonshire County Council are intending to run an open tender for the replacement of their Local Bus Services Framework that is due to end 30th April 2019. This process will look to appoint multiple providers to deliver Local Bus Services to Northamptonshire via a further competition process. An early engagement bidder day will be taking place on the morning of Friday 15th February 2019 from 10:00am - 12:00 noon at the authority's offices One Angel Square, Northampton. Only those that have booked a space will be able to attend as space is limited so please do not turn up without a booking. As space is so limited we can only accommodate a maximum of two representatives from each organisation. If you are interested in attending this event and wish to book then please email James Loader on JLoader@kierwsp.co.uk by 3pm Friday 8th February 2019. Please included the names and contact details of the individuals who will be joining the event. Your booking will be confirmed via email week commencing 11th February 2109. Onsite parking is not available and alternative arrangements will need to be sought. There are a number of pay and display public car parks within walking distance to the venue. Interested organisations in this opportunity are also required to register on the ProContract Portal at https://procontract.due-north.com/Register as a supplier if not already registered. This eSourcing portal is powered by ProActis and shall be used to conduct the tender. All documentation and communication shall solely be issued via this portal, therefore organisations who are not already registered on this portal will need to create an account in order to participate in the tender when it's live. An overview of the system will be provided on the day. Please note that all documents including question and answers from the session will be issued with the tender pack.
