Tender description
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive requires a suitably qualified and competent contractor to provide a comprehensive installation, response and planned maintenance service for both any new and the existing range of straight and curved rail stair lifts located throughout approximately 1200 of the Housing Executive’s properties across Northern Ireland. The incumbent has advised TUPE will be applicable to this contract. The Northern Ireland Housing Executive requires a suitably qualified and competent contractor to provide a comprehensive installation, response and planned maintenance service for both any new and the existing range of straight and curved rail stair lifts located throughout approximately 1200 of the Housing Executive’s properties across Northern Ireland.
