La Collette Metals Recycling Facility - Office & Welfare Building

Tender description

Design, delivery and erection of a single storey modular office and welfare building for the La Collette Metals Recycling Facility in Jersey. The building has planning and building bye-laws approval and has been designed sufficiently for this purpose. This is to be developed by the Contractor into a fully detailed design including structural design of the superstructure, calculation of foundation loads, mechanical, electrical installation and distribution design and specification of all fixtures, fittings and finishes. Structural design will require SER Certification under the States of Jersey - Planning & Building Services approved scheme for the certification of design. This is to be carried out by an approved certifier on behalf of the Employer. The design and construction of the building foundations, access ramps and staircase is by others.
