Tender description

Dublin City Public Libraries (DCPL) invites tenders for the supply, install and maintenance of a Digital Signage System in its branch network. The system to comprise a total of 19 (maximum) non-touch digital signage displays for use in 19 (maximum) locations. The displays will be installed in public areas and wall mounted. The screens must support popular multimedia file formats and should be capable of displaying 4K content and full motion video from various sources. The Content Delivery Management System (CDMS) should be cloud-based and capable of managing content across multiple screens with ease. The system interface must be visually appealing and user friendly. Any signage licence pricing should be indicated. 5 years support and maintenance must include as a minimum annual cost for year 1 and subsequent years 2 to 5.
